Please find attached the Nomination form for election to the WESNET Committee in November 2009. WESNET members will have recieved a notice of AGM and other information which includes instructions on how to complete and lodge the nomination form.  

You need to download this form and save it with a new name on your computer. Then attach the document and email it to the returning officer. The closing date for nominations is 29 September 2009.
